Gentle is back. After looking and looking and looking out our window and door since Monday night ... I gave in and figured she wouldn't once again be back at our door tonight when low and behold, THERE SHE WAS. Pretty as can be. Sitting on our back step tonight after dinner. She is noticeably thinner - and a tad stand-offish - but she snarfed down her food and came inside like she owned the house again :) - until Meuwie welcomed her with a loud HISSSSS and growl. When will Meuw learn? Gentle is now out on the porch sleeping away - full tummy and warm.
