A Month of Lexi

Lexi thinks the month of October IS her birthday - all 31 days! :) Today - we got a VERY LARGE delivery from UPS from Grandma and Grandpa Mattson. They will be out of town over her birthday and sent them early - I snapped lots of pictures of the girls opening the presents - yes, Cate made off with a haul as well :) Even more special - she has her very own blanket to snuggle up with that Grandma made for her - just like her big sister :).

Boing .... Boing..... Boing.....

Lexi celebrated her birthday on Saturday. We invited friends and had a great time JUMPING in a BOUNCE HOUSE we rented. :) That was a big hit - although, so was the .88 cent bag of plastic dinosaurs I bought from Walmart - ha! A pinnate, lunch and cake rounded out the day. The kids were so fun to watch - and Lexi I think was in awe - this was her first real party since leaving Minnesota - so it was a big deal to her. One funny note before I close, she fell asleep while sitting on the couch with me that night - and her little feet were still 'bouncing' away, up and down - up and down while she peacefully slept :)
